You’ve Worked Hard to Build the Life You Thought You Wanted
But now, the same drive that got you here is getting in your way.
You’ve learned to power through discomfort, but at some point, white-knuckling your way through life stops working the way it used to. That constant drive to achieve can start eating into your peace, your relationships, and your ability to actually enjoy the life you’ve created.
Maybe You’ve Been…
- Pouring everything into your career, only to realize your relationships or mental health have taken a back seat.
- Feeling like you should be happy—you’ve achieved the milestones, income, and lifestyle—but still feeling disconnected or unsatisfied.
- So driven to “maximize your potential” that needing rest feels like weakness and slowing down makes you anxious.
- Struggling to communicate with your partner or feeling like you’re living parallel lives—especially with busy work schedules, kids, and barely any intimacy left.
- Dealing with impulsive habits, stress, or anger that keeps getting the best of you, even though you have strong willpower in other areas.
- Watching your teen struggle under pressure from school or sports, and trying to help but unsure how to reach them.
Meet Dr. Darius Fathi, Clinical & Performance Psychologist
Blending strategy, structure, & deep insight to transform your life.
Some clients come in needing skills and structure to help them overcome challenges they’re facing right now. Others want to understand why they’ve been stuck in certain patterns for months or years. To create lasting, long-term change, most people need both. I combine practical tools with deeper work to help you feel better now and in the long run. We don’t just chop the weed off at the top, we get to the root of the problem and do something about it. And whether we’re building insight or developing strategies together, therapy with me is direct, dynamic, and actually helpful. So this isn’t just a place to talk—it’s a place to grow.
Whether you are navigating mental health, relationship issues, or addiction, my approach is compassionate, strategic, and grounded in proven methods. I tailor therapy to fit your unique goals, mindset, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll help you perform at your best and build a well-rounded life that cultivates joy and fulfillment.
My specialty areas include overcoming anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, sports psychology, couples, work-life balance, and more.

This isn’t basic therapy. This is focused, flexible care designed around you.
My role is to show up, stay engaged, and help you get where you’re trying to go—but working with me goes beyond that. I only take on a small caseload of clients at a time so I can be responsive and attentive to all of them.
Once we begin our work, you’ll have a direct line to reach me. If you text me, I’m getting back to you that same day. I’m not the kind of therapist who will cancel or move your session around. I know your calendar’s packed, and I respect that. I take your progress seriously, so we’ll meet consistently, regularly check in on your goals, figure out what’s working, and adjust as we go to keep you moving toward what’s most important to you.
