Online therapy in Connecticut, New York, Florida, and PSYPACT states – tailored to meet your needs.
Therapy in-person is now offered in downtown Westport, CT.
Video Therapy – also known as online counseling or telehealth – has been shown in numerous studies to be as effective as in-person therapy. In many ways, it’s even better.
The benefits of online therapy include:
- Saving you travel time (and avoiding traffic on i95.)
- Convenience – connect with an expert licensed psychologist conveniently from the comfort of your home or office.
- No need to worry about illness contagion.
- Comfort – because your home or office space is your castle.
- Increased privacy – no awkward waiting room encounters.
Psych Fitness LLC is a boutique-style private practice where we offer individuals and couples a high-quality, high-definition video therapy experience using HIPAA-compliant Zoom.
I have completed over 30 hours of telehealth training to stay apprised of the best practices in delivering therapy online – making video therapy a high-quality, fun, and engaging experience for my clients.
In-person therapy is also offered at our office in downtown Westport.

Tips to ensure a great teletherapy experience:
- Use a comfortable pair of headphones. Headphones improve privacy, sound, and audio quality.
- Create a comfortable, ergonomic space from which you participate in telehealth visits. If you’re using a phone or tablet, invest in a stand or holder. You want to feel comfortable and relaxed for your sessions.
- Remove any distractions in your environment. Set your device to “do not disturb” mode. Turn off any TVs, and close any apps or browser windows that may grab your attention. Don’t be driving or in a moving vehicle during a session. A parked car works as long as you have good reception.
Therapy Fees
Individual therapy sessions: $250/45-50min

I am out-of-network with insurance providers. Upon request, I will gladly provide monthly superbills for clients who want to use out-of-network insurance benefits. Before starting therapy, clients must provide an active credit card on file for easy payment processing.
Scheduled session times are set aside just for you. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. The full session fee will be charged for missed sessions or sessions canceled within 24 hours.
