Online therapy in Connecticut, New York, Florida, and PSYPACT states – tailored to meet your busy lifestyle. In-person therapy is now offered in Jupiter, FL.

Psych Fitness LLC is a concierge-style private practice where we offer individuals and couples seeking thoughtful, high-quality, care. Our video sessions are conducted using HIPAA-compliant Zoom using high-definition technology to ensure a seamless and secure experience. Dr. Fathi has completed over 30 hours of telehealth training to stay apprised of the best practices so your online therapy feels just as engaging, personal, and effective as in-office work. If you prefer face-to-face sessions, we also offer in-person therapy at our Jupiter office.
Video Therapy has been shown in numerous studies to be as effective as in-person therapy. In many ways, it’s even better.
Here’s why so many of our clients love video therapy:
- No commute, no stress – Skip the traffic on I-95 and save valuable time in your day.
- Convenience on your terms – Meet with a licensed psychologist from the comfort of your home, office, or even while traveling.
- Stay healthy – Reduce exposure to illness without missing a session.
- Your space, your comfort – Whether it’s your cozy couch or your desk chair, you choose the setting that feels right for you.
- Enhanced privacy – No waiting rooms, no chance of running into someone you know.

How to Get the Most Out of Your Video Therapy Sessions:
A little preparation can go a long way in making your teletherapy experience smooth, comfortable, and effective. Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of each session:
- Use headphones for clarity and privacy
A comfortable pair of headphones can significantly improve sound quality and help maintain confidentiality—especially if others are nearby. - Set up a calm, ergonomic space
Choose a quiet, private spot where you feel relaxed and supported. If you’re using a phone or tablet, a stand or holder can make a big difference in keeping things hands-free and comfortable. - Minimize distractions
Silence notifications, close unused apps or browser tabs, and switch your device to “Do Not Disturb” mode. Turn off the TV and let others in your space know you’ll be unavailable for the duration of your session. - Stay still and present
Avoid driving or moving around during your session. If you’re on the go, a parked car can work just fine as long as you have good reception and privacy.

To ensure a seamless experience, an active credit card is required to reserve your appointment and for secure, hassle-free payment processing after each session.
Please note: Session times are thoughtfully set aside just for you. In honoring both your time and mine, I maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. The full session fee will apply for missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours.
